My work focuses on building systems that remain maintainable, scalable, and operationally healthy as products evolve. Over the years, I have worked across backend architecture, cloud infrastructure, observability, and operational tooling with a strong emphasis on clarity, reliability, and sustainable engineering practices.
As products grow, complexity naturally increases. Without thoughtful system design and clear engineering principles, that complexity quickly slows delivery and reduces operational confidence. I focus on helping teams build systems that evolve cleanly over time without accumulating unnecessary operational friction.
My background began in academia, where I earned a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics. The analytical and systems-oriented mindset developed there became a natural foundation for software engineering and distributed systems work.
With more than seven years of experience in software engineering, I have worked on backend systems, cloud migrations, observability initiatives, and operational tooling designed to improve scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Johntek was created to provide a more direct and focused engineering partnership centered on pragmatic decision-making, transparency, and long-term system health.

- Delivered a modular payment system with a modular rule system that is ready to be extended and customized for future needs
- Experienced with risky kubernetes deployments with no downtime, where I introduced an API gateway in the middle of operations with controlled rollout
- Built a GDPR “right to be forgotten” deletion mechanism in real decentralized systems that is reliable, scalable and modular
